Dior will always be one of our favorite luxury eyewear brands! This summer it’s all about bold logos & oversized shapes. Here’s a an overview of the must-have styles for Summer 2020.
Unveiled at the Spring/Summer 2020 show, the Dior 30Montaigne sunglasses feature a striking, oversized square shape and golden CD logo. Definitely a pair of statement sunglasses guaranteed to turn heads! In any case, we are a huge fan and we can say the same for a lot of celebs and fashionistas. We’ve spotted the 30Montaigne sunnies on Dutch topmodel Romee Strijd and fashion lovers such as Negin Mirsalehi, Tamara Kalinic or Thassia Naves.
Ok, the Dior 30Montaigne sunglasses have a slightly higher price tag, but they are – in our humble opinion – more than worth it! You prefer not to dig too deep in your pockets, but still have a pair of sunglasses that screams ‘Dior’? Then you should definitely try the DiorID collection.
Currently there are 2 acetate models, a slightly rounded one and a square frame. The sunglasses are finished with solid-looking – but thanks to their flat design yet pleasantly light – temples with ‘Christian Dior’ inscription. It’s common knowledge that the fashion house is not averse to using their brand name on their products. Take it from the many accessories such as the Dior Book Tote, their multicolored shoulder straps or J’adior bracelets.
But after all, Dior is best known for its sleek eyewear collections. The DiorStellaire sunglasses fit that picture perfectly: delicate, oversized sunglasses with ultra-flat lenses, made of nickel-free metal. Be sure to check out the DiorbyDior sunnies: very similar to the DiorStellaire, but finished with the famous cannage pattern all around the sunlenses.
The new DiorSociety sunglasses feature a feminine butterfly model or a large, round one. The metal frame is finished with a stud effect that emphasizes the contours of the sunlenses. Stylish & elegant! Let us know what you think of the new Spring/Summer 2020 sunglasses! 😎
